Director/ President
Elizabeth Bell- Carroll
Patrick's Wife

Director/ President
Alison Minyard
Patrick's Daughter
Ali began her career in the non-profit sector in 2011 after graduating from Iona College. She began working with people with disabilities after volunteering as a counselor at The Marist Brother's Center at Esopus. Patrick and her mom, Liz, had a long-standing history with Esopus and encouraged Ali to come up and volunteer. Had it not been for them, she never would have gotten involved with camp or working with people with IDD.
While working in the non-profit sector, she gained a significant amount of knowledge of fundraising. Since then, she has moved into a career in sales in 2017 and continues to volunteer.
Patrick came into her life in 2004 and made a lasting impact on her as her Step-Father and she considers him her dad in every aspect. He taught her every good quality a dad can bestow.
When Patrick passed in 2023, Ali knew that Patrick's name could never be forgotten and his values needed to be passed on in a meaningful and lasting way. She started The Patrick Carroll Memorial Foundation with an aim to reward students who exhibit the same qualities as Patrick, who are ambitious, driven and deserving.
She misses Patrick every day and is very proud of what his Foundation stands for.

Officer/ Chairperson
Paul Guido
Patrick's Friend
Paul Guido believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a full and joyful life, to share their personal story and to reach their true potential.
That belief in inclusivity led him on a career change from pharmaceutical marketing to the not-for-profit sector, first by providing travel and recreation opportunities to thousands of adults with developmental disabilities and, more recently, to implementing a sports program for refugee youth recently relocated to this country.
That vision shapes his local presence too as he oversees a not-for-profit sports club dedicated to offering quality soccer training to a diverse population of area youth. He has also served on the Board of a public school in New York City, where among his duties he had the pleasure of running the spring fair.
Paul is also a dedicated sports historian who, while authoring the authoritative book on college football, established an organization dedicated to the preservation of the personal stories of the men who played and coached the game.
Paul lives in Stamford, Connecticut with his wife Ginny and daughter Pilar. Paul and Ginny are proud alumni of Fordham University, where their friendship with Patrick began.
